Contributor release form..

This is our permission form that we have dispatched to the contributors of the video, in doing this we have gained permission to use their performance and they know where the video will go and who will be able to watch it. This contract shows that we have debriefed them before the production of the video so that they are aware of everything that is going on, they cannot raise an issue during filming because we have already told them everything about production. This will hopefully decrease the chance of the actors pulling out at the last minute.
